DEMOSTRATION / GUIDE :

use -allow_third_party_software on the cs2 launch parameters and update steam to x64 bits (re-install steam from the steam website if you dont have the x64 bits version, you will know when trying to inject, it will tell you that you are trying to inject something into a x64 bits proccess)

fix for the cmd showing but not doing anything is when you're injecting the "plaguesteam" dll inject it with manual map and make sure it says "steam.exe" on extreme injector and not "steamwebhelper.exe" (just type steam.exe instead of going into select and then going into window list and clicking steam since it just makes you select steamwebhelper instead)
