Quick look at the exe it has one ip in it: 79.137.199.123 which has s01.mira.kim as hostname. So it is most def mira project but are they safe i dont know.

Over half an year old free AND everyone knows that the dll is safe ATLEAST. People just say that to make people not use the free.

Just use -insecure launch options and inject with process hacker or other injector.
