figured it out myself, but thanks anyways to anyone who will get same issue here's fix change ur "SteamAuthstringValidation" in addons/sourcemod/configs/core.cfg from "yes" to "no" "SteamAuthstringValidation" "no"- dumbass

nice work, extension works but maybe i am dumbass but how do i give myself admin i gave to my friend admin without problem but i just cant give it to myself sourcemod is just cant see my steam id or some i am using valve's steam depot not from cs2 branch- dumbass
