Is it possible for a person with decent experience in cpp/csharp to free a cheat in IDA Pro, and if it is than what are the steps?

Need help w/ my paste(lw v3) cause ive fixed the signatures and indexes but not the offsets, where do i take the updated offsets from and where do i change them in the source do? ive tried searching for them for like 2 days now im desperate, please.
