Yeah, that spot is probably just a texture or collision bug. Most of the more unusual movement exploits in CS2 also tend to require cheats, so there isn't much you can do legitimately beyond experimenting with map movement.
I thought you we're talking about the spot on the right, but yeah, that one is doable legit. I don't remember how tho, i think one guy showed it in interium's discord server. Also you can't be sure he wasn't injected
