semi rage

Hello! I want to use a cheat on premier for semi rage in case i find other cheaters and idk what cheat to use. Now i use Niware and i know it is not good and i can get detected easy if i use semi rage. Can you guys recomand me ca cheat under 10-15 euro that can bypass vac live and how to by pass it?

kinda stupid question but why is there no semirage-dedicated servers in cs2/csgo? i know that it was made for bypassing overwatch/vaclive currently, but i find it way more enjoyable than idealtick hvh or nospreading in cs2, just curious.
