this is issue of old soviet technology
i've had it since forever on 2 apartments, switched from vdsl to fiber, from wireless to ethernet, i hate 2023 hvh servers they have so many useless shit downloading
i think the fixes would be to get a fast ssd and immigrate close to poland, france or germany (didn't say russia because it's massive)
