SCAM ALERT
Story
I was playing some Deathmatch to grind one of my accounts, and some guy asked in the voice chat, "Does anyone have an Android?". Obviously I said yes, as I own an Android phone, he said "nice", then by the end of the game he asked if I want to play Premier with him.

I added him on Discord 576699074825158656 and then he added me in a server so we can VC. His friend 632680470483566602 comes and asks me if I want to play FaceIT. "I thought we are playing premier?", I said. "Oh well I have a 20hr cooldown", 632680470483566602 said, followed up by, "Wanna play FaceIT?".

Gladly, I said yes, but I wasn't able to verify my phone number for some odd reason. They then guided me to link my Discord account to the platform, which I did.

Suddenly, I got a message from a bot, called "Faceit Manager" (first & second image), which looked geniune at first. It asked me for the language I wanna use, my FaceIT username (censored to not get banned), and for my FaceIT level. After that it sent me to a verification link, which prompted me to install "FaceIT guard" on my phone. I didn't install it on my main phone, as I got banned on that phone number, so I used my business phone.

Clueless me, the website told me to disable "Play Protect", so I did... After that it asked for Accessibility permissions, which gives it permissions such as:
1. Overlapping other apps
2. Being able to capture my screen
3. Block access to my device

And there goes the phone, not being able to open settings due to "FaceIT guard" overlapping it. Only way to remove this app was by enabling Play Protect, which automatically uninstalled the app.

What should you do?
Do not install ANY applications that ask you for Accessibility permissions and ask you to disable Play Protect.
This is probably the biggest scam I've seen, and you should be cautious for something like this.

Spread the message! Stay safe out there!
