imagine recommending someone to use a base so he can "speedrun" his cheat. Lolli don't take his advice, only use bases if you want to really expand it, not to just "speedrun" it. You will learn nothing by doing so, and will be probably called a paster, due to lack of expansion in the base. If you want valve sdk (which is the most useful in bases) for simpler project, you can get just the functions you are sure you gonna use from another cheat, and "convert" it to your cheat. Porting valve sdk is not that hard, it's just very time consuming. You would spend like a day or two only porting most useful functions from valve sdk

also, to add ImGui is not that hard. if you don't know how to setup it in an internal cheat, I recommend you taking a look at kakhack from cazzwastaken, it's a pretty good base with a lot of functions ported from valve sdk, which makes it a really good base, but the best of that cheat/base is that it's "way and look" is very beginner friendly, so you don't have to break your head with things such as compositions, pointers, and polymorphism
