yea it is safe, only one trash av that detects everything flagged its as malicious

It failed to create these two files in AppData, and at the same time it will detect running tools on OS, such as ProcessMonitor, and these files are not downloaded, thus these files are probably encrypted somewhere in file, but entropy is not too high.
