no youre not gonnaget banned, if you do get vac banned on an alt it may lower trust i think im not sure

No, the only thing that you can't do is using same phone number, if you got VAC banned on one account with your phone number, and you will get new account without VAC ban, and you will link same old phone number, then this account will be automatically VAC banned.
