Menu QoL changes, walkspeed modifier types, Driver updates.

added instance explorer
fixed silent aim
fixed some menu tab elements getting kind of cut off by the menu and added more QoL fixes and changes.
improved how the walkspeed works, added more modifiers for it should no longer be flagged by phantom forces now on low speeds.
Updated the driver, you now have to manually unload if you don't unload through in-game.
