Instructions on how to run NL free:
1. Download python, be sure to add it to PATH!
2. Unzip file with password hvh.net
2. Run start.bat, it will ensure that python is installed with proper libs and server emulator is running
3. Run injector.exe
4. Start csgo.exe
5. Press Page Down when the new console requires you to do so!
6. Press INS to open menu

Inject during the game, and follow the instruction, it was working fine for me.

it is i might post a lua that adds an external cfg system cause youd need to either fix it with reversing it or by waiting for someone to add patches to it
