From this folder, run:

powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\BUILD.ps1 -Toolchain "C:\path\to\llvm-mingw"

The finished executable is written to:

build\SecretServiceOriginalOffline.exe

The build script checks the bundled assets, imports and final executable
before printing its SHA-256 hash. If a tool cannot be found, point
-Toolchain at either the LLVM-MinGW root folder or its bin folder.

I went through the source code, rebuilt from that. all legit. works.
