faceit - no, not even a point in using autobhop on it.
premier - all mvm cheats (bankroll, interium - worst option, desta, strafe) and most if not all other cheats will offer autobhop.

i personally didn't use desta so i won't speak about it, but it seems okay.

i didn't mvm cheat in mm in a long time so i also don't know if vaclive detects movement stuff too now but if it doesn't then every cheat will be the same in terms of safety except bankroll because it's a horrible paste.

unless some cheat has a secret vaclive bypass then what i said is true lol, only difference is if you'd lower the chance of the autobhop.

theres no movement cheats for faceit currently unless someone finds a bypass in their ac to make a um external or internal for movement but would get patched instantly so
