Try downloading from EmuTarkov if you don't own an actual copy of Tarkov, it has the 3.11.3 version of SPT

Make sure you have the game on windowed mode / borderless and not fullscreen in order to see the overlay in game. Also make sure you have the same game version otherwise the cheat will not work.
