Rules:
- Banners must not change colors too rapidly or be overly fast in animation. There are no strict official limits, instead acceptability is subject to objective assessment by the advertiser in conjunction with the head administrator of the forum.
- It is not possible to remove the “Ad” info or prefix from the ads, users must be aware that the ad is a paid advertisement.
- There is no possibility to promote any illegal goods or services, meaning anything that would violate the laws of any Member State of the European Union or any state of the United States of America.
- In situations where there are negative comments regarding the quality of the products or services being sold, the advertisement may be temporarily suspended for a reasonable period of time in order to conduct an investigation into whether such feedback is legitimate. If the situation is determined to be without bad faith, the advertisement payment will be refunded on a pro rata basis according to the initial agreement between the parties. However, if bad faith is determined, meaning the advertisement is being used for malicious purposes such as scamming or selling illegal goods/services, no refund will be provided. Bad faith shall be assessed objectively by the head administrator of the forum (Plisskien), taking into account all objective evidence available at the time of the assessment, including evidence obtained through the head administrator’s own investigation as well as evidence provided by the advertiser in question.
