I tried forge 1.8.9 fabric 1.16.5 and legacyfabric 1.8.9 on prism none of those worked

it’s literally not the same have you even looked at the screenshots in the repo

there are different click gui settings for mc cheats where u can change how the gui looks
for example novoline.wtf has 2 gui modes a compact mode that looks like a skeet menu and a drop down mode that looks similar to this

This works on FORGE 1.8.9 perfectly well when running Optifine, no psychopath would run fabric for pre-1.14, the moderator likely accidently clicked on forge instead of fabric, fabric 1.8.9 is not supported on Prism Launcher.
