insulting and trash talking isn't a reason for not giving a customer his money back, the customer should ALWAYS have the reason even if he actually doesnt, and refunds should always be considered, not considering refunds is a sketchy practice.

This is not a real business, u are paying for a cs2 cheat, it's not amazon, if u are trash talking and insulting, don't expect a refund

They provide a CNPJ ( 38.890.470/0001-40 ) Which is for the Company EMERSON BORGES PREVIATTO
and they listed their services as : Manufacture of other toys and recreational games not specified elsewhere

No but a ban is not also the right choice and simply the most dumb thing to do

You can timeout the user and let him know he did something wrong stupid but not ban thats not the right call

I haven't seen the entire conversation since he only posted the last part, but if u clearly specify on ur TOS that a refund won't ever be allowed, and he has requested a refund after being disrespectful, talking shit, and acting like a child because of them taking a bit to update, a ban would be completely deserved in my opinion, at the end of the day u are just a cheat provider and there is no need to allow these type of stuff if u don't want to 🤷‍♂️.

literally just take a look at the video for a bit, at the end of it. The customer was mad because he would loose his days of subscription due to the cheat being outdated which is totally understandable.. What should've happened there is compensating the god damn user and deescalating the situation, if you can't put your feelings aside to deal with mad customers then don't angry own a business or at least let someone else do the talking. This just shows how unprofessional baimless really is.

every other cheat was uop and working and baimless is twice the price of hjalf of them for half the sub time. do some research
