Server-side moving twist correction implemented.

Starting this match, a server-side moving twist correction is live due to continued use of the feature.
How it works:
• Uses the same server-side method as astral and monarchs • Writes an unused netvar to players' foot yaw • Added a gate so it only applies while people are moving
Files:
• beanjamin.dll (compiled, attached) • Full source code if you want to compile it yourself
How to inject:

1. Manual map beanjamin.dll
2. Inject it first, then anything else
