There are a lot of cheats that are very very similar, the thing I would care about is using functions that are hard to be detected from server side, and kernel approach to be sure it won't be detected soon, due to some weird VAC update, but valve don't do it very often. Any external is perfectly fine, i don’t see how being external vs internal makes too much of a significant different except maybe some features missing from external vs internal

Regardless for a internal i’d highly recommend midnight as it’s pretty fast at updating and adding features

Make sure to stay away from interium.ooo, it’s a bad legit cheat, its a bad rage cheat because it’s a movement cheat

It’s the only movement cheat in cs2 meaning it automatically is the best but if another existed for movement specifically then it would go down to the next spot over

In the fundamental features a external and internal don’t have any major difference
