If you want something that would be safe, thus the only way to get ban is obvious cheating in competitive and wingman modes, then I would recommend any external cheat that is working in kernel to write/read memory of the game. So I would recommend xtc, since I know guy who is making it, and there are probably many more cheats, but xtc is thing I know, and I can recommend.

Keep in mind, if you don't know how to use cheats properly, your Trust Factor will drop regardless. There is AI analyzing gameplay, so identifying suspicious behavior is fairly easy. Also, your Steam account plays a major role in Trust Factor, things like your account level and inventory matter. For example, I have Prime on CS2 and Steam account with level 30, and also I own few other games, including skins, and I don't see any cheaters, or they are so good.

cs cheating is so cheap nowadays that you can find a somewhat competently made external for a few bucks. skip the free dogshit and just buy a read only external
