This is because you are trying to inject x32 DLL file into x64 Process, and such operation is not possible. This is the first issue. Secondly, you are using a CSGO cheat for CS2, and even if you get x64 DLL file, it won't work since these are two different engines, though similar games. Therefore, it won't work. Look for other cheats, you can find them here:
