- LLVM-MinGW 20260407
- UCRT x86_64 toolchain

The -Toolchain argument can point to any of the following:
- The LLVM-MinGW root directory
- The toolchain’s bin directory
- clang++.exe directly
- Setting the LLVM_MINGW_ROOT environment variable
- Placing clang++.exe on PATH
