LOL no, also this bug was fixed, there was issue with CAPTCHA page, since it was cached one every browser and it should not be, and that was an issue, since then you submit fake challenge, and system would ban you since it was seen as attempt of malicious request, it should be fixed, but if you still have it, just do HARD REFRESH thus clean cache on your browser
