Request Does cheating on one account and getting a cooldown affect one of ur other account's trust?

Just wondering if I get a cooldown on 1 account if it affect the trust of other account on my pc
Yes, steam is collecting HWID not to ban your second account, but to put you in the group of people with the same trust, in other words cheats will play against cheaters, check out file called steamclient64.dll and look there for
1789612430439.webp
They collect info about your computer and use SHA-1 to hash it, creating a fingerprint that they send to a server

Since this is in userland, bypassing it is a very simple solution. Check out this thread below, as far as I recall, even Neverlose had something like this for each injection, but I'm not sure.

i think if you have a "perma green" account though nothing you do on alts should really effect it but thats kind of offtopic

Okay so if I udnerstand correctly I launch that when logging into steam on the account that has lower trust and when I play on the other account I dont run it.

perma greens don't exist nowadays
There was "exploit" when if you spent around 200$ on steam then you have permanent green trust on that account, but this is not a thing anymore

The only thing that this tool is doing is hooking steam function that will collect info to create hash with that info thus fingerprint, run it every time on any steam account, then each time this hash will be different and in consequence fingerprint will be also different, and by that you have clean trust that you start with other people with the same trust score.

So steam wont ban account for this right
