windows version missmatch or antivirus firewall something is blocking

1. Install https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe , https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/
2. Add in steam cs2 launch options: -insecure
3. Check your windows version ( win 11 will most likely not work )
4. Disable all antivirus
If nothing helps then just wait and hope we find a better way to help

Well i would say the injection simply failed meaning you can try to just restart the pc and hope for it to work
Not much to really do for it to get fixed

You can try to maybe limit the fps but in general we can't really fix it
