Other Fatality Roulette Rigged?

I've been spinning the Fatality roulette pretty much every day, and I've noticed something weird.
Every now and then I get "Sartre" (or whatever it's called), or it just looks like I got nothing. It also seems to happen a lot whenever I only get 1 Fat$.

So I'm just curious: Is this actually part of the roulette, or is it somehow rigged?

well rigged? probably not its just that the probabilities for anything besides "Sartre" and 1 Fat and other low-end outcomes are much much higher than anything else, ive personally gotten a 30d sub once, multiple unmatched insider etc. So while it being possible to get these high-end outcomes they are just really really rare which well is a business decision fatality made ig
