Inject it it using the Standard Injection method. (Extreme injector etc)
Btw use in steam launch options -allow_third_party_software if it doesn't inject

Actually, you are mistaken. You must locate the \csgo\materials\skybox directory (this is a path relative to the CS2 game directory) and ensure this directory exists, otherwise the injection will crash.
