Nice GUI inventory changer with pretty much all features you'd need. I've attached a blue theme config.

Important:
Use Manual Mapping injection after cs2 is open and Extreme Injector works fine. Obviously win security will think extreme injector is malware so do the needful with that.

Note: You can launch an external after injecting this and it'll work fine from what I've seen.

is it possible to use this with another internal cheat? i cant use other cheats when i use this one.

No, some externals do but I don't think you'll be able to inject an internal. The game will probably crash.
