u can download a csgo build of ur choice using steam depot and then use RevEmu Inventory Creator to add all skins and items in the game, you can only play games against bots once u use it, keep in mind that to get rid of rev emu once u dont want to use it anymore, u will need to reinstall fresh version of the game

csgo build also needs to be from start of 2019 or before​
