Request is lua.tools safe?

i've read some reddit posts, mostly i saw was about its being a virus rat or trojan. there is some people that claims its safe too. if its virus, rat or sum shi, can u recomend me some lua manifest tools for steam?

I've been using LuaTools for quite some time now, and so far I can say that I haven't had any problems with it. As for viruses, I checked it myself and didn't find any suspicious code that could steal or send your personal information.
