blip2.wav is pretty close to it, but I'm not sure which sound this is. I think it is from the Overwatch system, but I was unable to find the specific sound yet. Since I figured it's from Overwatch, I looked through pak01_dir.vpk of the 2016 and 2023 build, but couldn't find much that was closer than blip2.wav to it. It could also be that the specific sound was networked, lived in a different archive, or was compiled directly, even though that's unlikely. blip2.wav is pretty much that, just higher pitch and faster, I think. So if you really want it, you could edit it ig
pak01_dir.vpk in STEAMDIR\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo.

the blip2.wav file lives in root\sound\buttons inside pak01_dir.vpk
