Due to new evidence from voidzero, the thread was undeleted. MEDUSA.UNO seems to also copy other code that was under another license, where copying and distributing code is not legal. In this case, the DMCA doesn't apply. It is also important to mention that the MIT license requires a copyright notice from the original source. In this case, MEDUSA.UNO doesn't even meet the MIT license requirement, if it was only copied from Daniel Krupiski's source code.
