1. Open firewall advanced settings
2. Click on outbound rules
3. Click create new rule ( right side top )
4. Set rule type to custom and click next till you are in scope settings
5. Do this: ( IP to copy: 162.19.229.204 )


6. Click next and select block the connection
7. Skip till end and give name and done
8. Do a test ping via cmd ( ping 162.19.229.204 )
