Cheat Question about Fatality ban

Hi guys, I need some advice.
Has anyone here ever managed to get unbanned on Fatality for multiaccounting?
I honestly didn’t know that playing from two accounts was against the rules.
I even opened a ticket myself saying that I couldn’t play from my second account, so there was no intent to abuse anything.
I’m just wondering if anyone had a similar situation and if there’s any chance the ban can be removed.
Would appreciate any experience or advice, thanks.

You can, You Can't use more than 1 account on FATALITY (cs2 private cheat)
