It depends on many things, such as cheat, situation, and settings, and also we have to take into account what type of cheat enemy is using, thus to answer your question just be lucky, and get some guy with crappy cheat, or e.g. your cheat got some update with new exploit or new type of anti-aim that other cheats can't resolve, this is whole point of it, thus making unhittable anti-aim is very broad topic.

This is example where I had "unhittable anti-aim" but the thing that was more important here was fake lag, then anti-aim

Hi, I used to make Anti-aim setts for Pirex and some other pretty popular players, when it comes to CS:GO 2023, Anti-Aim is straight luck,
all you need is a REALLY delayed Anti-Aim with some randomness. (Lua obviously takes a huge part in this, i recommend, Nyanza Beta(NL) if you want to play unmatched. if you play community just use any defensive Anti-Aim LUA. (Wraith, Angelwings etc.)
