Well are there any programms that could be the reason on why its getting blocked

Try uninstalling any kernel level anticheat.
Having a modified OS might also be the issue

1, if on windows 11, go to core isolation, disable all, restart pc, if you cant disable driver blocklist using this fix,

1, Disable everything in core isolation
2, if you cant turn vuln driver option off leave it enabled
3, restart pc
4, go back to core isolation you will be able to turn it off, do that
5, restart pc again and youre done
IF YOU DO THAT AND STILL GET ERROR
1, delete kernel anticheats (vanguard, faceit, etc)
2,delete 3rd party antiviruses (kasperskys, malwarebytes, etc)
3, disable windows defender

another reason driver blocklist is caused by a Asus motherboard cause asus likes to shit with you!
dont be gay, use windows 10 and don't play valorant

Do you know what features have visioncloud?
Cloudradar is a radar in the web. It needs a socket to connect to the cloudradar and send data (which doesn't work in the free)
