Bug unable to inject the dll into csgo.exe: acces is denied

when trying to inject otc v2 into csgo 2018 i cant inject using prosses hacker and i just get this error anyone know how to fix?

In order to inject any DLL to process you need administrator permissions, thus at first run process hacker as administrator, it will fix this issue.

i personally only run process hacker as admin when i run csgo as admin but running process hacker as admin at all times works
