go to first page, and there is .zip file, download it and password is hvh.net, after that run cs2 with parameter allow_third_party_software, here is tutorial: https://hackvshack.net/threads/how-...-insecure-or-allow_third_party_software.7013/
after that download extreme dll injector https://hackvshack.net/threads/extreme-injector-v3.2642/ run it as admin, look for process cs2.exe and then select downloaded dll cheat, and press inject, after that press INS key to open menu, if there is any error while injection, download visual studio with c++ support, here
