Hello does anyone know that if i play with an external cheat on my main acount and play legit will my acount ever get a ban or is it just like internal countdown till it gets detected

you won't get banned if you use a reputable cheat (even internal) such as iniuria, melatonin, delusion, impresa, pellix (and like 50 other externals)

vaclive is a different story tho, dont use 0ms delay trigger, strong aimbot/rcs, and bhop (it depends on the cheat tho, externals mostly have safe auto bhop, but you can get almost perfect bhop manually so theres no point in risking it)

and if you're serious about it theres always fantasy.cat

you can also use only visuals if you're scared of using aimbot/rcs/trigger (which is reasonable since vaclive has been flagging for anything recently), you can't get banned at all from visuals and since there's no overwatch, it's a bit easier. you still have to learn how to play closet with esp to not be suspicious tho.
