Manual map injection is basically standard injection, thus injection which is using LoadLibrary, while manual map is native implementation of standard injection, thus it will in code allocate memory, fix import table, handle TLS and SEH, thus it is complicated, and usually implementation of manual map is only to same extend, by that mirroring standard injection, since it would be very hard, but such approach is allowing to directly inject DLL which is in RAM, not on hard drive.

Thus if you want to inject DLL file with manual map, you need injection which will supporting such injection method, e.g. Extreme DLL injector or Xenos DLL injector, both are good and they are safe to use.
