Real hardware spoofing is a complex thing, and you won't be able to find any working free spoofer. If you do find any, it won't work or it will be malware. The reason why you won't find any free working spoofer is because there is a need to load a custom kernel driver that will find specific info about your hardware and change this info to something else while making it look credible. For that, you have to understand how to bypass DSE (Driver Signature Enforcement) while any kernel anti-cheat is heavily monitoring what is being loaded into kernel memory. Thus, e.g., if you use kdmapper, very popular software that is used to load unsigned kernel drivers, it will be detected, since to use kdmapper, there is a need for a BYOVD driver that is already blacklisted by EAC, and even if it is not loaded anymore, they can still track it.
