You can "pursue legal action" for any video-game cheat;
They breach the video-games ToS and cause damage.
No one is going to do this, regardless if "you still can" or not.
And if you have proof of the owner being a pedophile and a scammer - you should post it....?

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they just exit scam considering they're constantly trying to get people to purchase a subscription and are dropping invitation codes

1. You don't need to run Swift to get your IP logged
2. A logger isn't collecting just IPs, either way the DLL is unprotected
3. Every site you connect to, logs your IP, it's just how the internet works
4. Boohoo - who cares if they have your IP, every home network uses dynamic addresses within a set ip block the ISP uses/provides to the user pool you belong to, just turn off your router for 30 seconds and turn it back on, and boom you have a new IP! On top of that, they're useless, they only serve to prevent multi-accounting really.
