desync

does anybody know how nl does it? ive tried reversing the game but i see that enemy team chat isnt received on the client, so how do they do it? on desync csgo btw, idk if they do it in cs2 since i do not play it.

I never saw this being posted anywhere a bit outdated, fixable however
