Both IPs belong to Microsoft. This is normal since any online sandbox will report ALL connections, not only malicious ones, as it cannot determine whether a particular connection is malicious or not. Thus, it is safe to assume that these particular IPs are related to Windows OS and its functions.

okay also how do we get the cheat to work? i did everything kvfs said. the cheat didn't open. when i open the exe from github (i downloaded updateoffsets from github and opened it before i did this) it says refeshing configs, when i enter the game nothing happens

Be sure to open it as administrator, and at the same time be sure to have installed c++ redistributable, and as far I remember there is need to have 3 files, such as buttons.json, client.dll.json and offsets.json. And if you have same issue after these changes, it is clean to assume that cheat is just outdated, and you have to look for new one.

i managed to open the cheat but i cant use it on fullscreen when i go borderless fullscreen i cant shoot in game, i cant click anything in my desktop because of imgui

So close menu, I don't remember but in this cheat menu key is DEL, if no press INS key.

i might've forgoten to add a check in configs. You have to create a folder named Dexterion in C:\
that happens because it only checks if C:\Dexterion\Configs exists. The cheat will crash because C:\Dexterion doesnt exists
