I wonder if it will be planned in future to add api for downloading cheats from forum so people could make cheat loader which would safely download dll's from hackvshack.net api
and also maybe login api?

No, there are no plans like this. From a technical point of view, it could be done, but there are a few cons, in my opinion.

Firstly, such a solution will impact forum activity, which is something every forum owner is trying to avoid. Secondly, some cheats require a special type of execution, which would create problems with the loader. Adding a special execution method for a particular cheat would be a waste of time. While this is a smaller problem, the main issue is that it would negatively impact forum activity, to sum up I just think loader concept in this situation is just pointless idea.
