Request I want to Hire HVH Server Maker employ

I need someone who can fix the bhop on my HVH server. When I jump on the server, I get a boost that gives a lot of speed, even according to cheats, but on my server, this is not happening. I've tried a lot of commands and done everything from A to Z. I've fixed Nospread, but I just need to fix bhop and add some plugins. If anyone is available to help, I will pay them. Thanks.
