No its not

You have to install it dude

1. unzip the zip file
2. Start ida-pro_91_x64win.exe and Install IDA
3. Go to the Location of the IDA installed Folder
4. Copy idapro.hexlic, ida32.dll, ida.dll into the Folder where IDA got installed
5. Start ida.exe ( Your done Enjoy )

Does anyone have a linux version ? I try to use wine but... for some reason it dosent work unless I get wine32 which I tried to do for 2 hours and still got no luck . Thanks in advance

I can't say if it will work fine , triage failed installing with it

well check the folder kg_patch for patching IDA when it got installed
