So basically today I have the idea of running a game instance that I cheat with, and a game instance with my main account. So the question is, if the cheat is detected in the normal game (not sandboxed). Do I then also get a gameban for my main account running in the sandbox?

It depends on which company you are talking about if you are from steam if you use a secondary account without having the same email or phone as your main it does not take gameban. But if it's riot or easy anti cheat I recommend not using it because they ban by hwid
